  1. If DeSantis does run for President in 2024, it wouldn't be the first time a sitting governor (assuming he wins this year's gubernatorial election) bailed out on his state to run for President.

  3. In 1984, Reagan won every state except Minnesota (Mondale's home state) and DC. I doubt whoever wins in 2024 will be able to come close to that, never mind beat it.
