  1.  @GeraudRulz  As far as I'm concerned, I don't think there's anything wrong with that idea in theory. The problem is how Trump wants to accomplish it. In the US, any changes to the Constitution have to go through an extensive procedure that involves a super-majority of US states. What Trump is proposing is bypassing that constitutionally mandated procedure and simply signing an executive order overriding the 14th Amendment.

  2.  @pattysmith3920  If the 14th Amendment needs to be reformed, there is a constitutional procedure for that and that procedure is not an executive order.
