  1. I'm no legal expert myself, but I'm going to have to disagree with Honig. I think Dominion might be open to a settlement deal. The reason I believe this is that, should this case make it to trial and Giuliani loses, there's no way he can pay 1.3 billion dollars (at least not on his own). My speculation is that Dominion is hoping the threat of financial ruin would prompt Giuliani to offer a settlement of a lesser amount and a public admission that he was wrong.
