  1.  @christopherpeterson1400  I didn't say that history repeats itself. It only rhymes. Putin's Russia is the worlds most unequal country and one of the most corrupt ones. This could be a rich country, but all the riches of Russia went to Putin himself (he is a billionaire) and the oligarchs. Oh, and to the military, of course, the only thing in Russia that got modernized during the last few decades. Russia's problems come from within. Blaming NATO is an attempt to externalise those problems.
