In addtition, he stopped helping German communists.

  43. The "You can't defeat a nuclear power" argument is only true if your intent is to invade and occupy/destroy a nuclear power. It isn't true if the nuclear power attacked you and you're only defending. Of course you could beat off the invasion and in that sense win the war.
