Not every guy wants to be a leader, and I believe people should lead based on their qualities as a leader, not their gender. Maybe a certain guy is more suited to lead, but if a certain woman would make a better leader in a given situation, I wouldn't hesitate to put her in charge.

The issue for me isn't in saying that men should be leaders. The issue for me is implying that women can't be. I appreciate a strong woman, and admire a woman who is willing and able to take the lead sometimes. Not every guy wants that in a partner, but I think it's overstepping to say that women should never lead.

It's easy to hate him, and everybody seems to. Maybe that's part of why he is how he is? Maybe in failing to even try to understand why he is this way, we have failed him. You don't change someone's opinion by berating them, you reinforce it.
