@tann_man There are few cases where having a complete, self consistent moral system is actually beneficial. There's no real pressure for most people to adopt this, and even those who could in theory have no incentive to. Even people often considered to be intelligent usually just go along with whatever the consensus is.

I'm not very familiar with Nietzsch, but it has occurred to me that I do have pretty much my own logically self consistent system of values unique to myself, and ones that I do my best to live by. They're somewhat based in libertarian values, but different in some important ways. I figured I was uncommon for having my own, well developed set of moral values and ethics, but I didn't think it was that rare. I figured maybe 10% of people had a well developed set of rules for life like that. I didn't realize how incredibly rare it was, and I'm still not convinced that it's such a rare thing.
