  3. Yes, but it's a significantly smaller problem than ever before. The situation isn't perfect, far from it, but we're doing a lot better than places in the world that practice systematic oppression to this day.

Because it's be racist to challenge a culture that who systematically opresses the rights of certain individuals, just like it was racist to challenge Nazi Germany during WWII or how it's racist today to challenge communist nations. Not all feminists are hypocritical, hate spewing asshat, but many social justice warriors for all causes are blissfully ignorant of the fact that systematic oppression is far crueler and more severe than minor cultural steryotypes.

  6. Only hang out with people who are as willing to accept your beliefs as you are to accept theirs. There's always at least a few people who are willing to pay back respect that you show to them and their ideas.

  7. It's an idealistic system that may actually work fine in a perfect world, but in reality it is built to be exploited and manipulated in order to keep a select few leaders in power. Idealsim does not work in the real world.

  8. A lot of religions have texts glorifying violence, but believing in a particular religion does not make someone violent. It is my belief that most (but not all) people's tendency towards violence is entirely independent of their belief system. Only a relitively small portion of indiviuals believe so strongly in their religion to kill for it. Often there are factors other than religion that convince a person to kill for a cause.

  9. We need a strong anti-communist movement in the US. That movement must be built on strong moral values of its own, lest it degenerate into something just as unsavory as the gay communists it opposes.
