  2. So what? If he wants to sell drugs, that's his business. The only reason it's a crime is because he is competition with the pharmaceutical industry.

  3.  @RJGa  I've seen what drugs do to people, but we're arresting tons of non-violent offenders. When we arrest some junkie, or a kid sharing some pot with his friend then releasing them after a few years in prison, we are turning these people into repeat offenders. The government sucks, and has no incentive to fix the problem. Private communities are better at solving their issues than the federal government is.
