  1. food science contradicts itself all the time, honestly, we dont even know exactly how beneficial being vegan/ vegetarian really is. people who ARE exclusively plant eaters will usually say that it has a hundred different health benifits, but seriously, how many of them have nutritional health degrees? heck, most big companies in the food industry are surprisingly under informed about what is and isnt healthy.
