  1. budgets are for people who are crap with money, which honestly is most of us. saving money is much, much easier if you need little to live a happy life. spend what you must on the bare essentials and no more. focus on spending money on cheap forms of entertainment. travel to historical sites is expensive, watching videos and reading E-books about history and the like is not. movie tickets are expensive, but video games can provide many more hours of entertainment per purchase for only a slightly higher entry fee (not including the cost of a computer with competent hardware, which many people own anyways.)
