  1. Frankly, they made the right ruling here. There is no constitutional right to abortion. If you want to force all 50 states to permit infanticide, change the constitution. Otherwise, leave it up to the states. Unless the court established that a baby is alive and has rights from day one of conception, it might be equally hard to ban abortion in all 50 states. There is no federal definition of murder, that stuff is left up to the states.
