ViDEO INTERVIEW NOTES:
Reccomended Foods for Cancer Defense: FOOD IS MEDICINE!
-Kiwi Friut 1-3 per day
-Green Tea, drink daily!
-Black Tea; best is Earl Grey (stimulates stem cells)
-Drink Tea without dairy (nut milk is ok)!
-Oolong Milk Tea (from Taiwan, tastes like it has milk in it)
-Oils: Avoid deep frying & never reuse cooking oil!
-Consume up to 3 tsp nutritional oils daily, maximum
-Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO) Choose "Mono-Varietals", the best are from (country/variety):
*Spain/Picual
**Greek/Corenecci from Peloponnese (cheap & extra healthy)
*Italian/Moriella from Mori Umbria (more costly)
Consume:
-Lycopine/Tomatoes (sautee in olive oil for more nutrient absorption)
-Avocado (eat with tomato to get more lycopine!)
-Fresh ground black pepper (aka pepperine)
-Turmeric w black pepper (for better absorption)
-Whole fresh foods are imperative for good health; supplements are adjuncts.
-Most Valuable Supplements:
*Omega 3 (deep water fish oil)
*Vit D 3 (esp winter, living in far north, or if you're sun deprived)
-Soy (forget myths against soy)
-Stone Fruits
-Antioxidants
-Organic Foods
-Veggies: wash & soak in cold running water for 1 minute, even if peeling! (removes pesticides, toxins, bacteria, etc)
-Swap out Foods for others with same nutrients (due to allergies, sensitivities, prefs, cost, etc.)
-Cut calories if you have cancer!
-Grow your gut/intestinal mucus (Acromancia Mucinifillia) by consuming pomegranates, cranberries, concord grapes!
-Grow good gut bacteria (Rhuminococcus) via dietary fiber, 5+ grams per day (onions, apples, pears, etc)!
-Bodies crave diversity in foods in order to activate defenses!
-Food is Medicine!
-Eat a variety of fruits & veggies
-Avoid added sugars, candies, cakes, cookies...
- Eat varuous tropical fruits
- Intermittant fasting/calorie restriction is very beneficial!
-Skipping a few meals each week builds immunity
-Coffee & Teas: buy organic
-Swiss Chard & Dinosaur Kale
-Mushrooms, include the stems
-Spices & Herbs
-Seafoods
-Squid ink
-Stevia & Monkfruit are good natural sweetners (beware of added ingredients tho)
AVOID THESES FOODS:
Added sugars; sodas, diet soda; artificial sweetners.
-Processed foods esp ultra-processed foods; all are unhealthy!
-Alcohol is a toxin, drink in moderation only (1-2 per day max)
-Deli meats from slabs, and commercial sausages are not healthy!!!
*Read food lables: pay attention to both, ingredients & the quantity (the order each ingredient is listed)!

HI Tami, Please can you reccomend a good, safe city/large town ( not too expensive) for a single American woman to come live for a year or two? I especially enjoy kind friendly people, swimming, sailing, boating, hiking, scenic places, visting farms,, riding bikes & horses.... Thanks!
