  1. Amendment 14.3 disqualifies Trump, an insurrectionist, from "holding any government office". It does not barr him from the ballot, which is a state function. Trump comitted insurrection against The US Constitution itself via numerous rebellious and seditious acts, to prevent the peaceful transfer of power. It culminated in a violent, armed breaking and entering into the seat of government to take over the building, and threats to kill legislators. All his intents and purposes were to stop the peaceful transfer of power via violence, after his multiple fraud schemes had failed. This was preceeded by numerous pre-planned and coordinated acts of sedition, including multiple occurances each of: conspiracy, voter fraud, illegal elector schemes, intimidation, coercion, harassment of poll workers, illegal entry into gov offices and polls, destruction of government property; threats to lawmakers, and armed violence againt LEOs, journalists; followed by breaking and entering our Capitol building to take over our seat of government; including intents to hang legislators on a gallows erected on Capitol steps for that very purpose.
