  5. Looking at precipitation levels, seems like several of those cities may be in spots of slightly higher ranfall levels. Abilene and San Angelo are definitely in a higher rainfall belt. Rapid City is near a little wet blob on rainfall maps. Not sure about Amarillo and Lubbock.
