And about the legal immigrant thing, the GOP is actively working to reduce the avenues which one can legally immigrate on purpose. This forces those who do not have the luxury of waiting a decade for the process of playing out, and forces many to immigrate illegally. Trump is creating illegal immigrants on purpose. Also, the children of these immigrants tend to be no less slouches than the average American.
