  1. ​ @davidmills8726  Wow uh, I've never heard of this before but I'm pretty sure I have it. My hearing's probably as good as it's ever been but I can't talk over a noisy restaurant or even a passing bus to save my life. That being said inability to filter out background noise is also a sign of hearing loss so I'm pretty sure that's whats happening in OP's case.
