This is why I honestly believe that giving employees and students workloads that necessitate all-nighters should be against the law.

@J Ger It's not about work ethic, it's about making your employees perform in a way that will cause serious health issues later in life. If someone doesn't manage their time properly and has to pull an all-nighter as a result then whatever that's their fault, but intentionally giving someone workloads that cause sleep deprivation causes them irreversible brain damage and is frankly immoral. Besides, well rested people function at their peak, and if an environment is created where nobody is made to pull these all-nighters, the industry overall will be improved since everyone will be firing on all cylinders mentally.
