  2. Ray Barry I’ve seen plenty of right wingers who refuse to even acknowledge the climate is changing at all. Regardless, manmade climate change has an absurdly strong scientific foundation, to the point that almost all references to “climate change” are referring to the one being caused by manmade factors. Also, the devastating consequences of manmade climate change is going to create a huge number of climate refugees, so if you nationalist types had any long term thinking whatsoever, you’d see climate change as a big deal.

  3. Temperate or Tropical quote mine. he was saying that climate policy inherently redistributes wealth because limiting fossil fuel use stops cashflow of countries that have it to sell. And even if he did say that, it wouldn’t stop the fact that we need some form of climate policy in place.

  4. mystic13337 manmade climate change is an extremely well founded science. I’m not sure what makes you skeptical about it, but consider that there’s no major scientific opposition to it. Multiple consensus studies have been done and all the results are above 90%. Science doesn’t operate off popular opinion, but considering these people devote their life to studying the science,you should ask yourself what these people could know that makes them not have the same objections as you. Also inviting third world immigrants and expecting them to vote “far left” makes literally no sense - these people come from quite conservative places and they only vote left because the right is so hostile to them.
