  1. I haven't personally been the victim of crime recently (I'm glad to say...). The high street shop where I work is a daily victim of petty theft, however. Typical response from The Old Bill: "...Sorry mate: nothing we can do...". Absolutely astonishing...

  2. We don't necessarily need more "coppers". We need more people who are prepared to respect (and uphold...) the law...and common decency.
