  1. Quite right that work places should be comfortable environments for all. "Diversity Training" is not the way to accomplish this, however. "Diversity Training" attempts to give the erroneous impression that certain words and thoughts are "off limits"...this makes for an extremely uncomfortable working environment, since everyone's constantly on-edge for fear of saying or doing the "wrong" thing.
