  3. "Institutional Racism" is emphatically NOT a "real thing". There may be institutions that harbour a few individuals in positions of influence that have racist views, but this is not the same thing as the institution itself having "racism" codified in its constitution. Let's take the term "institutional racism" for what it actually is: a fallacious and deliberately emotive nonsense invented by quasi-intellectual leftist agitators to fan the flames of social division.
