You've got to remember that 90% of so-called "disabled" people actually have nothing wrong with them, are just incredibly work-shy and are gaming the benefits system (well...the white ones, anyway...obviously the ethnic ones are all genuine). By taking their benefits away, Sir Keir is simply giving them a gentle nudge back into the working environment. It's an act of kindness and empowerment. For the benefit of any humorless Lefties completely devoid of any understanding of sarcasm, the above is meant to be a joke.
