  1. There's no such thing as "Institutional Racism" in Britain at all. It's a term invented by the agitating Left to cause social division. I'm not contending that there are no racist individuals in positions of influence (there obviously are which is unfortunate), but "racism" as a matter of policy for an institution...? No: that phenomenon hasn't existed for 60 years+.
