The reality of the Islamist crisis (which as been brewing for literally decades) is finally becoming too large to ignore...and yet he's terrified of appearing "racist" or "Islamophobic"...he really doesn't know what to say. Hence the distraction/evasion of blaming the "Far Right".

  2. We all know what "Far Right" is code for: anyone who rejects the "woke" narrative that mass, uncontrolled immigration is a "good" thing. IE, anyone who has the capacity to think for themself and understand the reality of our situation. There is however, something deeply depressing about a supposedly "Tory" prime minister spouting this tired old Lefty fallacy. A measure of how controlled by and terrified of Islamists our government is.

  3.  @stubones  That's not right either. If you want to be strictly accurate, we elect an MP...most of whom are understood by the electorate to align themselves with a particular ideological group called a "party" (which actually has no legal standing, but is an informal alliance of like-minded individuals). The "party" with the most MPs is then (by convention only ) invited to form a government by the monarch.

  4. Absolutely! And the astonishing thing is that virtually no-one has noticed that a coup essentially took place. Sunak was rejected according the internal electoral procedures of the Tories, yet the party "grandees" (and other external forces) overturned the legitimate result and installed him anyway.
