So if I was to say (purely hypothetically, of course) something along the lines of: "Our government is hell-bent on implementing a hard left, ideologically motivated 'woke' agenda with scant regard for its practicality, efficacy, morality or effect on the lives of ordinary people, strongly implying a feeble grip on reality or even serious personality disorders on the part of the people pushing it.", this could be considered a "non-crime hate incident"? Outrageous.
