@AT-bq1kg If the Royal Navy/Border Farce (agents of the same failing regime the judge in question represents) had done their job months beforehand, there would have been no need for his comments.

Uncontrolled third world immigration/"reparations"/"affirmative action"/"DEI indoctrination"/"grooming gangs" etc, etc are the things that stir up "racial hatred", not imprudent Facebook posts.

@AT-bq1kg Their job is to "control borders" (The clue's in the name.). A job they are patently utterly incapable of performing. Who said anything about "inciting violence"? If they had done their job correctly (as the overwhelming majority of the British Public want them to do it, not just me), then there would have been no cause for the incitement of violence in the first place. I know perfectly well why politicians don't listen to the likes of me: because they're people like you: ignorant, intolerant, misguided "do-gooders", who don't have the balls to confront the truth and hence blame a (fictional) "far right" for all the woes of the country.

@AT-bq1kg No-one's disputing that. Unfortunately, the man in question hasn't "committed a crime" in any ethically justifiable sense. It's only a so-called "hate crime"...a curb on one of our fundamental freedoms, namely Freedom of Speech...something completely incompatible with "the greatest justice system in the world".
