The police won't tackle black crimes of mindless violence and destruction for the same reason they won't tackle Muslim rape gangs: fear of being branded "racist" (which appears to be a worse crime than being a serial killer, these days); actual fear of young men who are bigger, tougher and more dangerous than they are and tacitly complicit local authorities. We should have nipped this nonsense in the bud 50 years ago.
