  1. I don't there's any way that the country can ever be united again. We are so hopelessly fractured into a number of utterly intransigent, mutually antagonistic groups (the Islamic Bloc; the "woke" Left; the patriotic/conservative (with a small "c") Right and the devolved regions, to name the principal ones) that it would take someone of nigh-on divine qualities to pull everyone together. I sincerely believe that the troubles in our country can only be resolved "forcefully"...and I hope to Christ that the right side wins when it all kicks off...

  2. My fear is that if/when Starmer is ousted (and I think it will happen quite soon), he'll be replaced by real wrong'un...someone from the Hard Left of the Labour Party...then we really are up sh*t creek...

  3. Quite clearly, the majority of people who voted for Labour didn't understand what they were doing...misled by the highly evasive Labour manifesto and a forlorn hope that somehow they'd be better than the Tories. I suspect they'll come over to Reform in 2029.
