  1. No doubt, in the mind of the woman in question, it's somehow the UK's "fault" that Afghanistan doesn't provide her with the economic opportunities she believes she deserves. Hence, her sense of what she's "entitled" to from the UK is limitless.

  3. We need to build a vast detention camp on a remote Scottish island, where living conditions are "adequate" (but no better than this). The "refugees" and "asylum seekers" should be housed there whilst their cases are decided.
