I think there are three possibilities as to why Bianca Williams has been stopped whilst driving so many times: 1) The police are racist. 2) She's genuinely a bloody awful driver. 3) She's cynically trying to provoke a "race baiting" incident which she can twist to her advantage, and play "the victim".
