  1. "Pride Police Cars" are a clear example of "policing with a political agenda" and a strong indication of a biased mentality. In light of this, I don't think it's unreasonable to question the authority of these particular police to arrest people.

Do the Police really believe that we (the general public) don't understand that their ludicrous overemphasis on "online hate crimes" is because it's a damned sight easier to deal with than real crimes? Simply get the details of the perp from their ISP. Job done. No actual "police work" required, "arrest stats" nicely (but artificially) boosted, all at a fraction of the cost of having to actually do anything.
