I don't think Sophie Duker has ever been brought to account for her remarks, either. Not in any serious way. I seem to recall that the BBC conducted a "blackwash" that (unsurprisingly...) found her "blameless", but that's all...

  2. It's not just at the BBC...there are loads of jobs of all types out there that none-too-subtly imply that they're "BAME only" these days. There's got to be some kind of legal challenge that can be made against this kind of thing...
