  1. Whilst there were undoubtedly a few black people who fought in WWI, there's also no doubt that their contributions have been grossly overexaggerated in order to fit today's "narrative".

  2. This is exactly why I don't wear a poppy any more: like so many other British Institutions in recent years, the movement has been hijacked by someone with a hard-left, socially divisive agenda.
