It's no secret. The "fuhrerprinzip" applies to Reform UK. The Leader is the Boss...his word is law. It's not to everyone's taste...however it does make the party much more nimble when it becomes to decision making: nothing gets bogged down in "committees" for months on end. It has the added advantage of preventing the "wrong kind of people" (the "too much time on their hands", "big opinion, little brain", "Margot Leadbeater", "my uncle's a major donor" types) from getting on to committees (because they don't exist)...This is the exact problem the Tories have at present...and is why they're "dead men walking".
