  1. My council Havering has envoked an old clause for initially becoming a Greater London Borough. That in the future if London was to undermine the Borough Council they can vote to LEAVE the Greater London and return to its former Council. In our case it would be ESSEX County Council. We had a vote and it came back as 95.7% vote to leave London. So fingers crossed we're gone.
