  2. The fact that she herself is a black woman who wants to defund the already underfunded police speaks volumes. Funny she doesn't mention how black people are far more likely to be carrying a knife or drugs eh? Hmmmm... And no the Bow street runners were the first police type force we in England had. I wonder how many black people were in London at the time of Sweeny Todd! Proof you can't argue with stupidity....
