  1. Cut out carbs and eat animal fat. Don't listen to the 1970s high carb diet. It will kill you. No sugar. No fake sugar. Whole foods. No microwave dinners. Eat meat, green vegetables. Eggs. Salt. Water for one month and see the results in weight loss AND mental health and energy. I couldn't believe it even when I did it.
