And Russia has not respected the Budapest and Alma-Ata agreements in which it recognizes the sovereignty of Ukraine and its borders(Donbass and Crimea borders included (by annexing Crimea.)) The civil war in the Donbas between Ukrainian soldiers and pro-Russian separatists armed by Russia (and Russian soldiers and members of Wagner) began in 2014, the year of the annexation of Crimea by Russia (annexation condemned by the UN resolution 68/262.) A UN resolution calling for the departure of the Russian army from Ukraine was adopted by 141 votes for, 5 votes against (Russia, Belarus, Eritrea, North Korea and Syria) and 35 abstentions.
