  1. To have multiple cultures within one land area, means to have multiple systems of law, punishment, institutions, beliefs, medicines etc on the same land area.

  2. @barryhill1044  I'm not saying any culture is bad. Wtf is wrong with you? When you have people living under the same law system, same punishment system, and same institutions...there is hardly any diversity.
