Culture typically includes systems of Law, punishment, institutions (or tribal gatherings), medicine, beliefs....etc. There are no land areas on Earth where true full multiple systems of law, punishment, medicine etc..truly exist together. There is no true multiculturalism. You can't have one lot of systems and claim there are multiple cultures taking place. .
