  1. I've come down with depression combined with social anxiety during very busy work as a registered nurse. I can feel it coming on and the shift happens in over 1-30 seconds. I have been close to completely breaking tears in front of my colleagues. If this ever happens the word will travel around my whole hospital as I work all of the wards. I almost asked my team leader to do my end of shift hand over because I feared breaking down in tears and causing a scene. You people are lucky. You don't know what it is like.
