  1. West Antartica is very volcanic with 'Pacific Ring of Fire' fault lines. Volcanoes will be the main reason of any glacial melt. East Antartica does not have the extensive volcanic issue, thus it's not on the radar like West Antarctica. Many "climate deniers" are hopefully aware of what is likely to be hot mantle rock about West Antartica.
