A true reporter who actually shares necessary information that does not just revolve around humans. Fellow animals have such a way of bringing out the most beautiful smiles in fellow humans.

All coral reef ecosystems that came back from the brink of extinction have one thing in common: banning fishing. Animal agriculture is the greatest ecologically destructive act.
4
Coral reef ecosystems evolved for over a billion years. For an ecosystem that thrived and evolved for over a billion years, is it reasonable to conclude that it is natural for an ecosystem to collapse in a matter of decades?

The acidification of the ocean is not a matter to take lightly.

We are far more empowered. There is nothing more powerful in mitigating our greenhouse gas emissions than by going vegan. Everything we need comes from plants and fungi. By eating the source of all essential nutrients directly--- we can protect non-human animals, the environment, and each other. A win win win for every body.
2
It would be wise to show some consideration. Most of the food products eaten in Minnesota are grown from areas that are going through ravage ecological destruction by our neglectful choices.
2
@igotfriendsinlowplaces2971 There is no need for assumptions. The long winter months in Minnesota make it impossible to grow food, especially if one eats animal products.

@dalevackar182 The harms of anthropogenic climate change can be witnessed in our lifetime.

@johng1738 Just because we do not understand how to properly interpret evidence based science does not make it wrong.

@wasntme7845 If one is attempting to make a racist remark, it would be wise to focus on the subject. Diseases that cause pandemics are from exploiting non-human animals. Why is one cherry-picking the fields of science, when we all use, and trust science. For example, we would never allow anybody to feed children arsenic, no matter how much the child's guardians self-proclaimed it to be safe. That is because we have extensive scientific evidence showcasing arsenic causes cancer in humans.

There is no need to fear evidence based science. A part of growth is learning about truths. The acidification of the ocean is directly due to human activity. Eliminating animal products is the greatest way to reduce harmful greenhouse gas emissions. Science is empowering.

@igotfriendsinlowplaces2971 There is no need for offense. Human hunting cause some of the worst ecological destructions. In the U.S. alone, human hunters dump millions of pounds of lead into the environment every year. Making human hunting the #1 cause of lead pollution and poisoning today. Only plants make all the essential amino acids. The soil does not grow plants in abundance every 24 hours. Therefore, crops grown elsewhere will be substituted to feed the exploited non-human animals.
1
Ecological destruction is our greatest threat. The #1 cause of deforestation is animal agriculture. An enormous amount of land, plants, and scarce fresh water is needed to feed the exploited gentle non-human animals vs. feeding humans directly. Try and go vegan to protect the most lives.

wasntme7845 Please explain what a planned demic is?

wasntme7845 Denying the existence of evidence does not disprove the facts.

@Digger-Nick Quite odd, isn't it? When all pandemics came from the exploitation of non-human animals. All while, it was the Europeans that domesticated the first non- human animal. As a leading nation, it would be wise to set respectable examples rather than point to other nations who are just following the examples.
1
Just because we do not understand how to properly interpret evidence based science that does not make anthropogenic climate change false
1
Ocean acidification is mainly caused by excess greenhouse gas emissions. Animal agriculture is most most ecologically destructive to all life. Let's do our part by going vegan.
