Considered the most comprehensive analysis between farming and the environment---without meat and dairy consumption---global farm land use could be reduced by 75%. An area equivalent to the U.S., China, EU, and Australia combined. All while, still feeding the world. (Source: Oxford University, 2018- Reducing foods environmental impacts through producers & consumers) Eliminating disease causing animal products is a win win for all.
