They keep silence of Manchuria, a territory four zeroes larger than Crimea. Russians need some cold shower, and best-in-class telescope to keep watching territories on Moon or Mars or whatever, and keep dreaming of huge lands they control.

  2. Russians didn't care Northern territories (Kuril islands) for approx 70 years now. They made it a territory of decay. They clearly don't need it. Neither they need peace with Japan, their immediate neighbor. All they want is to control NATO.
