To improve/increase your digestive enzymes to maximise the amount of nutrients your body absorbs from the food you eat, just drink 1 cup of decaffeinated green tea with 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar added 30 minutes before each meal (3-4 cups per day). Green tea is also an antioxidant. Just make sure the vinegar you buy states that it has the "mother" on its label, otherwise its worthless nutritionally. Make the tea ahead of time, allow it to cool before drinking it. After you drink one, immediately prepare the next serve and simply allow it to sit and cool in time for your next meal. This trick is especially important for anyone over 50 years because as you age your body becomes less efficient at absorbing all the nutrients from food and thos is the easiest (and cheapest) way to improve that. Apple cider vinegar also helps with stomach acid reduction, if you suffer from that, along with improving weight loss. You're welcome. 😀
