I'm reading 1984 right now, which is very appropriate for the times we are living right now, and I'm also studying the King James Bible at the same time. I read 3 chapters a day. If you've lost the ability to read a book, start slow. Read one page a day for one month then bump it up to two pages the next, three the following. Build up your patience and tolerance to pay attention to written words slowly. Don't lose the ability to pay attention to non digital stuff in life. Don't allow yourself to be a puppet or a robot. Get out of the matrix and live.
