  1. My self care includes dedicating my entire Saturday to God. I light a candle, annoint myself with the oils mentioned in the Bible, say a prayer then I spend the whole day immersed learning all that I can about the bible and God. I pretty much observe the Sabbath day, as written in the Bible.
