  1. I've been at my target weight my entire life until around age 45 when I started to gain weight. All up I hit 20kg! However, I started walking, watching my diet etc and so far I have lost 10kg! I'm half way there and all it took was buying a pedometer and walking 14,000 steps a day. Don't get fat ladies. My husband is a self-proclaimed "shallow Hal" so he's happy I'm returning to my former self.
